14-day returns

You can return unused toys in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. This is in addition to your statutory rights under our Terms of Service.

What can be returned

• Items must be unused and in their original, undamaged packaging.
• For hygiene reasons, some items cannot be returned once opened — this is noted on the product page.
• Gift cards and personalised items are non-returnable.

How to return

Contact us to start a return and we will send instructions and the return address. Pack the item securely and include your order number.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the item, we refund to your original payment method within 14 days. We will email you to confirm once the refund is on its way.

Faulty or damaged items

If something arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we will arrange a free replacement or refund. Damaged-in-transit parcels are always our responsibility, not yours.

Return shipping costs

Return postage for a change of mind is paid by you; for faulty or incorrect items we cover the cost. See our Shipping & Delivery page for delivery details.
