Delivery options

At checkout you can choose courier delivery to your address or collection from a parcel pickup point. Free delivery applies to qualifying orders above the threshold shown at checkout.

Delivery times

Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Standard delivery is 2–4 working days within Lithuania; EU deliveries typically take 4–7 working days.

Costs

• Courier to address: a flat fee shown at checkout, free over the qualifying order value.
• Pickup point: a reduced flat fee.
• EU delivery: calculated by destination at checkout.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships you will receive a tracking link by email. If your parcel has not arrived within the expected window, contact us and we will help.

Damaged in transit

If your parcel arrives damaged, please start a return within 48 hours and we will arrange a free replacement or refund.
