Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of our store and any order you place with us. By browsing the site or buying from us, you agree to these terms. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing this store and placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have the consent of a parent or guardian) and that you accept these terms in full.
2. Who we are and how to contact us
This store is operated by our company, based in Vilnius, Lithuania. You can reach us at any time through our Contact page.
3. Ordering and contract formation
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A binding contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a pricing error has occurred.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in euro and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment provider. We must receive full payment before an order is dispatched.
5. Product availability and substitutions
We aim to keep stock information accurate, but availability can change. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will offer a comparable alternative or a full refund — we will not substitute an item without telling you first.
6. Delivery
We deliver according to the options, times and costs set out on our Shipping & Delivery page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
7. Cancellation, returns and refunds
You have the right to cancel and return eligible items as described on our Returns & Refunds page. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
8. Acceptable use of the site
You agree not to misuse the store — including attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupting the service, or using it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend access where these terms are breached.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this store — text, images, logos and design — is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
10. Limitation of liability
We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by us failing to meet these terms, but we are not liable for losses outside our reasonable control. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Lithuanian courts.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order.
